Service restrictions

1. The minimum consumption weight is 10 grams, and those less than 10 grams are charged according to 10 grams, and the maximum weight cannot exceed 2 kg.

2. Non cylinder goods: length + width + height ≤ 90cm, unilateral length ≤ 45cm, height ≤ 14cm, width ≤ 9cm;

Cylindrical goods: double diameter + length ≤ 104cm, unilateral length ≤ 90cm, double diameter + length ≥ 17cm, length ≥ 10cm

3. Packaging requirements: the most standard packaging, only need to have the label issued by the system, no return address, no logo or words on the outer packaging

Insurance claims

Ordinary mail does not provide compensation; the maximum compensation for registration is HK $320 (freight + declared value of goods), and the compensation period is 1-3 months (insurance business is not provided for the time being)

Return related

Return process: if the goods are not delivered properly due to the recipient's reasons, they will be returned directly. The customer can choose whether to return or destroy them locally, and the return fee will be charged according to the return rate. The return cycle is 6-8 weeks.
