Service restrictions

Canada: before the export of goods, you can choose tax prepayment, and do not accept the tax prepayment after export. Amazon must make tariff advance before shipment;

Tunisia: no live products;

India: 174101 only for document service, no package service;

Bahrain: Importers of destination companies or institutions must provide business registration certificates and register in the new customs system; private goods, the recipient must provide ID number or other valid certificates in the new customs system.

East Timor: weight and size limit: single piece cannot exceed or equal to 120 * 100 * 100cm, and single weight cannot exceed or equal to 120kg;

Qatar: all goods of weight section shall be accompanied by original invoice and certificate of origin;

Shipment to Amazon warehouse and overseas warehouse: Tax ID, eori or VAT number must be indicated on the invoice and the contact information of the customs clearance party shall be provided. Otherwise, delay or extra cost may be caused. If the destination does not have a customs clearance company to pay taxes, only the tax prepayment and the third party can be selected;

Australia: for the declared value of false goods, the fine will be high when the local customs check it. Please fill in the declaration value truthfully;

Brazil and Russia need to pay high-risk gold for shipment;

Peru: all channels require that single piece cannot exceed 30kg;

India: 679101 this post code is not available. All goods sent to India must be indicated with the email address or mobile phone number of the addressee. Before the goods arrive at the customs clearance in India, the recipient shall upload KYC documents through the website to avoid delay of customs clearance;

USA: three word code LRD, cargo weight can not exceed 30kg, size can not exceed 120 * 80 * 80;

Saudi Arabia: Customs strictly forbids the import of goods (such as UAV, pen, glasses, watches, etc.) with built-in cameras and electronic smoke;

South Africa: commercial invoice must be provided for the goods with no formal invoice, otherwise, a fine of at least usd350/ ticket will be imposed (the final amount shall be subject to the bill);

UK: freight is required to be declared on the invoice for customs clearance; the declared value cannot be less than 30 US dollars, and the shipping certificate shall be provided;

France: the declared value must be the transaction price agreed by the receiving / consignor, and the goods imported from France must be provided with transaction certificate, otherwise the goods will not be excluded from being returned locally. The relevant expenses and responsibilities will be borne by the sender;

European countries are strictly prohibited from sending all goods suspected of low report and false report. If found, they will charge RMB 450/ ticket for low declaration fee!

The declared value of European countries can not be lower than 50 dollars. It is indeed low-value products. It can provide the true 'transaction certificate' to our customer service for confirmation and shipment!

The cancellation order shall suspend the collection of electronic smoke and atomizer accessories for customs declaration;

For goods with tariffs above $500 in the United States - New Shipping return process for goods with tariffs above $500 has been implemented since september2020, and goods with tariffs of >500 will be returned to the country of origin if the customs duty cannot be settled within 5 days. Contact the payer in advance before the delivery and return;

From now on, all channels of DHL shall suspend the service of electronic cigarettes and accessories and other goods;

Pakistan live products cannot be packed in bags;

Bangladesh does not receive supporting power, only connected with the built-in power of pi970 and pi967, and it is not allowed to package in bags;

DHL in Hong Kong implements the principle of sending goods by white list. All goods shall provide true and complete shipper information (header, telephone number and address of the sending document). Our company shall file the information of sending the goods to DHL in advance. If the information is untrue or unable to provide the delivery information, we will not make compensation for the deduction and return of the goods, and if there is any corresponding cost, the sender shall bear it!

Destination of supporting electric products that cannot be packed in package bags: Nepal, Lao Democratic People's Republic, Cambodia, Bhutan and Myanmar (no service within 3kg in the above countries);

Destination where tariff advance cannot be made: Cameroon, c'Ivoire, Ukraine (no tariff advance or third party payment of tariffs);

Weight mode

0-30.5kg, the first weight is 0.5kg;

31kg or above, charge per kg;

The actual weight and volume weight of the package shall be charged according to the larger one;

Volume weight calculation method: length * width * height / 5000 (unit: cm).

The total charged weight of one ticket of multiple goods is calculated according to the larger of the actual weight and volume weight of each package in the waybill. The charged weight of each package is the sum of the charged weight of each package. For example, there are three pieces of goods in one ticket. The information is as follows:

Scope of services
a surcharge

FBA: Amazon's goods can only be shipped with customs prepayment. If the goods that have not been shipped with customs prepayment are rejected by the local authorities, resulting in return or other problems, the sender shall bear all the responsibilities and expenses incurred. The customs prepayment can only deal with the customs issues, which does not mean that the customs clearance of the goods has been handled. We hope that the customer can communicate with the sender and recipient well in advance;

Address change: additional service charge of RMB 100 / ticket. For specific address change fee, we need to provide detailed address to DHL customer service of our company for inquiry, and the bill shall prevail;

Remote surcharges: RMB 4.5/kg, the minimum charge for each ticket is RMB 223.5, remote surcharges need additional fuel (please check whether it is a remote area). In March 2018, DHL has issued a notice, DHL remote database is no longer updated, and if it is not checked in advance, DHL bill will prevail;

Tax prepayment or third-party payment: collect handling fee of RMB 150 / ticket;

DHL insurance calculation method: the insurance is 2.1% of the insured value of the shipment, and the minimum charge is RMB 100 / ticket - only applicable to agency channels;

Surcharge and requirements for overweight, super long and super large express:

a. Surcharge for super large and overweight express: if the length is equal to or greater than 120cm and the single charge weight is greater than or equal to 69kg, surcharge will be charged, RMB 837 * fuel / piece in the current month. (from April 29, 2020, for all destinations, the unit weight shall not exceed 70kg, and the billing weight of single ticket shall not exceed 299kg);

b. DHL does not accept the goods with the single billing weight exceeding 300kg through all channels, and the single ticket cannot exceed 3000kg (some destinations are still limited to the single ticket cannot exceed 1000kg), and the longest side of the package cannot exceed 300cm; - suspension

c. For all overweight, super long and super large pieces, it's better to check with the corresponding business before shipment to see if they can be delivered;

d. Some channels can accept wooden cases and cardboard products, but not wooden frame products. Wooden cases of 21kg or above must be equipped with card feet. Pay attention to the extra charge for overweight and overlong, and special handling charge for cardboard products!

Special treatment fee: additional special treatment fee of RMB 1488 / piece, which requires * fuel of the current month, and additional charge is required in case of the following situations:;

a. In addition to the special requirements of the consignor, the goods marked with signs / words indicating that they cannot be stacked on the outer box, such as 'do not stack', 'do not stack / no stack'

b. The outer package or bare package, etc. can not bear the stacked goods, the shape or the goods on the pallet, which hinder the safe stacking of the second pallet or other non pallet.

High risk regional services: Afghanistan, Sudan, Mali, Niger, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen, all of which will be sent to the above destinations with rmb233 / ticket * fuel

Restricted area services: Central African Republic, Eritrean, North Korea (suspended), Islamic Republic of Iran (suspended), Democratic Republic of the Congo (suspended), Libya, Iraq (suspended package), Syria, Yemen, Somalia, to the above destinations, no matter document package plus rmb326 / ticket * fuel;

High risk regional services and restricted regional services: Iraq (suspension of Parcel Service), Libya, Syria and Yemen need to charge (rmb233 + 326) / ticket + fuel;

The tariff bill is valid for a long time, and the original bill of other surcharges, which can be provided to the agent within half a year, is valid and settled according to the exchange rate announced by our company. (including: remote bill, overseas return bill, residence fee bill, address change fee bill, etc.); if the recipient fails to pay or refuses to pay the duty, and changes the address (the recipient changes the address and the local service provider changes the address incorrectly), the fee will be charged to the sender by default.

Hong Kong operating fee:

a. From August 10, the operation fee in Hong Kong will be adjusted to 1 yuan / kg, and the minimum consumption will be 50 yuan / ticket, including Hong Kong return / fastener re delivery and Hong Kong delivery;

b. If the goods are returned in Hong Kong, there will be another 50 yuan / bill of pick-up fee;

c. If the undelivered goods need to be fastened in Hong Kong, there will be 250 yuan per ticket;

d. Warehouse rent in Hong Kong: 1 yuan / kg / day, minimum consumption: 10 yuan / ticket / day;

e. If the goods are delivered to our company for more than 7 days, the warehouse rental fee of 0.5 yuan / kg / day will be charged after 7 days, and the minimum consumption is 50 yuan / ticket / day;

Residential surcharges: RMB 28 + fuel of the current month shall be charged for each ticket (subject to the bill for details)

Product name fee operation fee: operation fee will be charged for more than 5 product names declared in the invoice, and 42rmb will be charged for each additional item (for example, for 8 product names declared in the invoice, the fee will be charged from item 6, and 3 * 42 = 126 yuan will be charged)


Insurance claims

Statement of liability: no compensation for the delay of goods. If the goods are lost in our warehouse, compensation shall be made according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD100. If the document is lost before going online, the freight will be refunded without compensation. If the document is lost, the maximum compensation is RMB 100 yuan and refund of freight (and please provide the copy of corresponding information). If the carrier is responsible for the loss or damage of the goods delivered to the carrier in transit, the carrier's compensation amount shall prevail and the compensation shall be made according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation amount shall not exceed USD100. For goods with higher value, insurance is recommended. Partial loss (only partial loss in one case, except full case loss) can not be checked and compensated if the carrier does not accept it. Fragile goods: do a good job in packing and adding fillers. If the packing is not sufficient and damaged, the carrier and our company will not compensate.
