Service restrictions

Commercial invoice and bill of lading requirements:

01. detailed information (the recipient information, quantity and product name shall have materials and purposes), and now the customs shall provide 'details of the sending factory'

02. only USD, EUR or destination currency is allowed for the declared value of goods in commercial invoice. The words 'make in China' of origin are required on the invoice

03. general filling in of Waybill: fed service mode: IP, ie, IPF, IEF, and can not be filled in on the waybill, and the handover details shall prevail. If the selected method is different from the above, it shall be confirmed with us.

04. sender information must be available (address must be available, one of sender name and company name is required)

05. battery products, including battery products, watches, knives, magnetic products, ink cartridges, etc. have requirements;

06. textiles: the format must be declared in the following format: 100% cotton woven laws't-shirt, and the United States goods should have export certificate. Namely content + material + woven / knitted + men / women + product name

07. PCB board: PCB form (for all countries) shall be provided, wire rod supplier;

08. electronic: the FCC party providing electronic products (only for the United States), otherwise, the refund fee will be returned if the customs cannot be cleared;

09. wooden case: the goods packed in wooden cases shall be inspected 100% of the goods. If the goods are not inspected or cannot be inspected, FedEx will be rejected. The operation costs and responsibilities such as the return cost and responsibility incurred will be borne by the sending customer. Therefore, if the customer still needs to send FedEx wooden box goods, they can open it on Shenzhen side first, and then open and close the door open and close by folding.

10. board goods: the card printing version is required for the super large fed parts, and the height of the card board should be 9 cm. If the outer length is over 330cm, the real volume is less than 68kg, it will be charged by 68kg, and the actual weight will be charged for more than 68kg; if one of the multiple goods belongs to the super large one, the whole ticket will be charged according to the oversize, and the non exceeding ones shall be charged by 68kg

11. Cambodia: the declared value of fed to Cambodia shall not exceed usd300.0, otherwise, the refund fee will be returned if the customs cannot be cleared

12. special countries: Argentina, Spain and Germany need to provide eori to transfer normally. In order to avoid delay of goods, please confirm the eori No. delivery before delivery

13. Spain: there is no goods service in the city of ceuta/ Melilla in Spain; the single piece of Federated fed in Micronesia is not more than 30kg

14. eori number is required to be provided to 'EU countries' for normal transfer. In order to avoid delay of goods, please confirm the eori No. delivery before shipment (eori is a necessary registration number for enterprises with economic activities, especially import and export businesses in EU countries). To register and obtain the number in the customs of the country of the enterprise, it can be used in the whole EU.) Private address does not need eori number

15. FedEx, Hong Kong, started on January 1, 2016, and charged a non stackable cargo surcharge for the super heavy package of IEF (our price code fdef/fdpf) for IPF which cannot be stacked, and the charge standard is 1330 yuan per ticket.

① Send the goods to the customer designated non stackable goods (please attach the label on the box surface);

② Due to the shape of the cargo (cone shaped goods or top of the goods with a cone shaped top cover), the goods cannot be stacked vertically in a safe and stable manner, FedEx may also be considered non stackable and will not be confirmed in advance.

FedEx does not accept the delivery of lithium battery goods to South Africa, Georgia, Laos, Maldives, Malta, Nepal, East Timor, Gibraltar, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Cyprus, Egypt, Guam, Guernsey, Jersey, Marshall Islands, Montenegro, Palau and other countries, otherwise, they will bear all consequences!

Upon receiving the notice of FedEx in Hong Kong, all parcel goods (including private goods, gifts, online shopping goods, etc.) sent to Argentina (including private goods, gifts, online shopping goods, etc.) shall be sent to Argentina from now on. Before importing to the local area, the recipient must obtain the verification of AFIP (Argentine national tax administration) in advance before the subsequent customs clearance and dispatch can be carried out. The specific requirements are as follows:

1、 Before the goods arrive in Argentina for delivery, the recipient shall obtain the verification of AFIP (Argentine national tax administration) according to the following procedures:

1. Recipient login to AFIP website( www.afip.gov.ar )Complete the 4550/t form online - complex a Proveedores del external (purchases from oversea suppliers);

2. The recipient must provide a valid Tax ID (cult, Cuil) and fill in form 4550/t;

3. If the recipient is non Argentine, and fails to provide a valid Tax ID (cult, Cuil), the passport certificate number must be filled in the waybill and commercial invoice with the goods in advance to obtain the exemption verification of AFIP.

2、 If the goods do not arrive in Argentina, the above procedures cannot be operated. Therefore, it is suggested to prepare the following in advance before sending the goods:

1. Before sending the goods, the sender shall give the effective tax ID (Cui or Cuil) of the goods to the recipient / importer, and shall be indicated on the bill of transportation and commercial invoice;

2. If the recipient fails to provide a valid Tax ID (cuit or Cuil), the goods will be transferred to the local customs for import and customs clearance procedures, and the goods shall be handled by the recipient and its entrusted agent;

3. Specially remind the sender to inform the recipient in advance to assist in customs clearance preparation;

4. If the goods fail to be sent within 30 days after the arrival of the goods in Argentina, they will be discarded / destroyed and will not be returned.

Special emphasis: please ensure that the sender and the addressee comply with the above customs clearance requirements and processing procedures before sending the goods. Our company will not conduct export review after receiving the goods. If the goods do not meet the local customs requirements, the responsibilities and losses caused by the delay of customs clearance, fines, discards and other issues shall be borne by the sender.

Weight mode

0-24.5kg, the first weight and the second weight are 0.5kg;

Above 24.5kg, charge per kg;

The actual weight and volume weight of the package shall be charged according to the larger one;

Volume weight calculation method: length * width * height / 5000 (unit: cm).

Scope of services
a surcharge

Remote surcharge: RMB 4kg * fuel, minimum charge RMB 200 / ticket * fuel; different charges will be charged according to the type of package, destination and kg section. The specific charge amount shall be subject to the company's bill.

Handling charge for address change: calculated as per RMB 100/ ticket (the addressee has the right to change the delivery address, and the additional fee incurred shall be borne by the freight payer, subject to the bill)

Tariff prepaid service charge: calculated according to RMB 150.0/ ticket; (local customs duties, surcharges, complex customs clearance fees, etc. may be generated locally. If the customs advance is changed to advance or customs advance is selected, it will be charged to the sender

Residential surcharges: FedEx will charge a minimum of RMB35 for all residential areas sent to the United States and Canada, while goods 2 length x 2 width x 1 height (minimum perimeter + longest side >330cm) exceed 330cm or unit more than 68kg will be charged with oil bearing of RMB 1088. This fee will not provide bill

Ief/ipf stackable surcharge: if you use international priority express service (IPF) and international economic express service (IEF), you need to charge RMB 1531/ ticket

Additional fee for designated Customs clearance agent: no matter whether the goods are sent out or not, feedx will charge the consignor the service fee of the designated Customs clearance agent, RMB 90/ ticket * fuel or RMB 9.8/kg* fuel shall be subject to the higher amount as long as the goods are finally cleared by non FedEx agent

Saturday delivery surcharge: if the recipient needs to arrange for the delivery on Saturday, he / she will be charged with RMB 142/ ticket

Super Overweight Surcharge:

1) For goods with unilateral length of more than 121cm and second side length of more than 76cm, the extra length fee of 48rmb/ ticket shall be charged;

2) If the longest unilateral exceeds 243cm or two short sides plus *2+ the longest unilateral exceeds 329cm, the extra long RMB b516 + U / ticket shall be charged. The extra long and overweight expenses shall not be charged in accumulated amount, and the maximum one shall be charged


Insurance claims

Statement of liability: no compensation for the delay of goods. If the goods are lost in our warehouse, compensation shall be made according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD100. If the document is lost before going online, the freight will be refunded without compensation. If the document is lost, the maximum compensation is RMB 100 yuan and refund of freight (and please provide the copy of corresponding information). If the carrier is responsible for the loss or damage of the goods delivered to the carrier in transit, the carrier's compensation amount shall prevail and the compensation shall be made according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation amount shall not exceed USD100. For goods with higher value, insurance is recommended. Partial loss (only partial loss in one case, except full case loss) can not be checked and compensated if the carrier does not accept it. Fragile goods: do a good job in packing and adding fillers. If the packing is not sufficient and damaged, the carrier and our company will not compensate.
